Dental Treatment Coordinator
Mollie is our Dental Treatment Coordinator. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge, having worked in the dental field since 2016. Earning her degree in Dental Assisting from Indiana-University-Purdue University, she has experience in many areas of dentistry, including pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, and general dentistry.
Mollie loves dentistry because it’s constantly evolving. No two days are ever the same! Plus, she gets to work with patients and see their transformation from start to finish. Her passion for helping people shines through in everything she does – even reading people’s minds (well, not exactly… but wouldn’t that be cool?).
Mollie is a ray of sunshine, even on the rainiest days. Her warm personality and zest for life make her a joy to be around. She has called Fort Wayne home for the last four years, but she’s originally from Muncie, Indiana.

When Mollie is not working, you will rarely find her doing nothing. She has great enthusiasm for the outdoors and can often be found on the golf course or soaking up the sun at the lake. On rainy days, you may find her getting creative with the Cricut, diamond painting, or snuggling with her two dogs, Ford and Reece.
Every year, she takes a trip with her boyfriend and his daughter, Eleanor, to Florida. Deep sea fishing and dolphin watching are always on their list of things to do. One day she and her boyfriend wish to visit Japan to experience the uniqueness of the country and go back to the place where he was stationed during his time in the Navy.
Her dream as a five-year-old was to be the next Judge Judy, but we’re glad she has decided otherwise. Hale Family Dentistry is thrilled to have Mollie on the team, and we look forward to all of our patients meeting her, too.
Mollie’s role as Dental Treatment Coordinator at Hale Family Dentistry primarily involves patient advocacy. She works closely with patients to determine the best treatments for them based on their insurance and budget. She and the team, including the dentist and dental assistants, work to ensure proper overall care is being done and present options as seen fit by the dentist. She will coordinate dental treatment planning based on other medical conditions and provide dental referrals or prescriptions depending on certain medical conditions that require it.
Ms. Elliott is a natural communicator and seeks the best options for each patient. Dental care is often overlooked in the realm of overall health, but it plays a key role. With Mollie’s past experience in dental assisting, she can answer almost any question regarding treatment planning and oral care procedures, along with why it’s important for whole-body health.
