Financial Coordinator

Jessica joined the Hale Family dental team in the spring of 2023, eager to learn and immerse herself in the world of dentistry. Although her previous experience with dental care was limited to routine visits at her long-time dentist in Decatur, she is keeping up to pace. Jessica’s open-mindedness and compassionate nature have enabled her to excel in our dental office, where she is committed to providing patients with outstanding care. We are thrilled to have her (and her kazoo she carries everywhere).

Hailing from the quaint town of Decatur, located just south of Fort Wayne, Jessica has called this place home since she was 11. She spent much of her early years near Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, after being born in North Dakota. As a self-proclaimed “Air Force Brat,” Jessica’s upbringing took her to various locations, but Decatur is where she has been since age 11.

She is happily married and shares her home with three beloved furry friends: Luna, May Catsby, and new puppy Huxley. In her free time, she enjoys reading whatever piques her interest and has a collection of different editions of Jane Austen’s classic novel, Pride and Prejudice, with her oldest copy dating back to 1921.

When it comes to travel, Jessica’s favorite destination is the enchanting Redwoods of Northern California. A place where you can explore dense forests and do endless hiking. It’s also home to one of the largest trees in America. If she could choose a superpower, it would undoubtedly be telekinesis, showcasing her imaginative and adventurous spirit. As a financial coordinator, Jessica brings this same passion and dedication to managing patient payments, accounts, insurance claims, and all aspects of dental finance.
