Working alongside Dr. Hale, Julie does more than wrangle X-Ray machines. She is one of the first people you interact with when you visit the dentist office. She is a natural conversationalist and sincere in making connections with others. Her job requires a wide range of soft and hard skills–she may place temporary fillings or remove temporary crowns. Above all, her main goal is to instill peace of mind and help you feel comfortable at the dentist office. It’s easy to feel relaxed with Julie by your side.
In the past year, she has taken her dental skills to the next level. She has successfully learned how to perform front desk duties, which is an incredibly versatile role. This has earned her the title of Patient Care Coordinator, along with Cassie and Marita. Not only can she help the dentist, but she can also help decipher complicated dental benefits.
Outside of the office, Julie enjoys taking care of her flower garden, going on walks, cooking, cleaning and organizing her home. The Hale Family Dentistry team can attest to her fine cleaning and delicious cooking skills. She is the mother to two adult children. One who lives here in Fort Wayne, and the other just a few hours away. Most of all, she enjoys being a grandma to a sweet little girl.
Hale Family Dentistry is very relaxed, caring place to work. – Julie
